Booking Conditions

Bookings are only considered as confirmed after a mínimum of 20% deposit has been paid. Deposits should be paid within 7 days  of initial reservation. Payments can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, Western Unión or PayPal* Deposits paid in cash at our office by clients or their representatives are also considered as confirmed bookings.
When making a booking clients must provide: 1, Names of all persons in the party. 2, Amount of persons in party. 3, Ages of all persons, 4. Postal address, home telephone number or email address, and where possible a mobile phone number which they can be contacted on whilst in Spain.

We cannot confirm any reservations without a deposit being paid. If after the 7 day period of initial reservation no deposit has been received, the reservation will be cancelled and you will have to request to book again.

The balance of payment must be made at least 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Cancellations and Amendments:

If you wish to cancel your booking after the agreement has been entered into, you must notify us of this in writing, or by e mail. Cancellations by telephone are not accepted, unless in extreme circumstances. The date of the cancellation will take effect upon the date of receipt of notice. Cancellations made less than 8 weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable. We strongly advise that you take Travel Insurance to cover this.

Breakdowns and complaints:

No responsibility can be accepted for the breakdown of public supplies including water and electricity. Breakdown of equipment in the apartments will be dealt with as soon as possible, we are however, at the mercy of local suppliers and tradesmen, and immediate rectification may not be possible. All complaints regarding holiday accommodation or our service in relation to the accommodation must be made while the client is in residence. No negotiations will be entered into regarding compensation or refund once the client has left the accommodation.

The apartments we use are part residential, and any unsocial behaviour will not be tolerated. Behaviour which causes annoyance to residents or other guests, or damage to the apartments or common areas could result in your removal from the building without refund, or even criminal proceedings.

Gapp Properties will not accept liability for personal injury, death, loss and damage arising from the letting of the apartment.

Holiday bookings can be made many months in advance and occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, it may be necessary to make changes to your booking.  In the event of this we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.
Gapp Properties cannot accept liability for any compensation when the above changes have to be made.  Our commitment to you will be to offer you the best alternative accommodation.

Gapp Properties provide holiday accommodation only and is not responsible for flight changes/cancellations or any agreement you enter into with any other party.

All recommendations made by Gapp Properties are to certain qualified, stand alone companies, and any grievances or complaints should be taken up with them.

It is the responsibility of the client to exercise due care and attention in relation to the accommodation and common areas, and to abide by all regulations pertaining to the building in which you are staying. A copy of basic rules and regulations are provided to clients on arrival.

* Please note: When making payments by PayPal, an invoice will be provided which will include a small admin fee, charged to use to us by PayPal (at cost). We will provide an invoice to you, with full details, in order for you pay the correct amount. We cannot accept responsability for any payments made directly through PayPal withuot an invoice previously issued by ourselves.
